How can I choose the service package that best suits me?
If you are unsure about which package to choose, I offer a free half-hour video call during which I will help you determine the solution that best suits your needs.
What is your area of operation?
I work mainly in Liguria (La Spezia Province) and in Upper Tuscany (Massa-Carrara and Lucca Provinces) and Parma.
I also offer online consultancy that allows me to collaborate with clients remotely.
How much does it cost to request a quote?
The quote request includes a free video call, which allows us to delve deeper into your needs. Although the initial meeting does not involve costs, an in-depth analysis and cost estimate is necessary based on the information provided. This process takes time and, therefore, the cost of the quote may vary depending on the complexity of the project.

What are the delivery times for a project?
It depends on the package chosen. Each service has different delivery times based on the complexity of the work and the specific requests of the customer. Usually, during the initial consultation, the details regarding delivery times will be discussed to ensure an efficient and satisfactory service.
Do you offer in-person consultations?
Yes, I offer in-person consultations in the provinces of La Spezia, Massa-Carrara, Parma and Lucca, subject to a quote.
For other locations, I am only available for online consultations.
How does online consultancy work?
During the online consultation, we will use video conferencing tools to discuss your needs and ideas.
I will ask you to provide me with floor plans and photos of the spaces, and together we will develop a detailed plan for the project.
What materials do you prefer to use in your projects?
I prefer the use of natural materials such as marble, stone, wood that offer authenticity and timeless refinement. These materials give spaces a unique beauty and a deep connection with nature.
What are the payment terms?
Payment terms vary depending on the package chosen. For simple projects, payment is in advance.
For more complex projects, I provide for staggered payments: an initial deposit, a second payment halfway through the project and the balance upon final delivery.
Do you collaborate with other professionals in the sector?
Indeed, I collaborate with a network of experts, encompassing professionals, construction firms, and artisans. This network guarantees that each stage of the project is executed with expertise and accuracy, providing comprehensive and sophisticated solutions.
What can I do if my needs are not covered by the packages offered?
